Our inspiration for the design of our system was to enhance  the ability of a customer to shop at retail stores. We wanted to allow a customer to  browse the inventory, order the product and literally drive to the store and pick the product up if they so desired. By allowing a customer to shop online you will save them the disappointment of coming to your store only to discover  that the product is currently out stock.  A further convenience is that a customer can perform a search of your product line and they will be shown  products  that match their criteria and also related products based on your product hierarchy.
